Terms of Service
Last updated: September 30, 2026
These terms govern your use of altoreach.co and the managed outreach services provided by Alto Reach (“Alto Reach”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or engaging our services, you (“you”, “Client”) agree to them. A signed proposal or order form, if any, takes precedence where it conflicts with these terms.
1. Our services
Alto Reach provides done-for-you B2B outreach on LinkedIn, including prospect research and targeting, AI-assisted message personalization, human review of every send, follow-ups, reply handling, lead qualification, meeting booking and reporting. The exact scope, number of seats and price are set out in your plan or proposal.
2. Seats
A “seat” is one LinkedIn profile we run outreach from. You are responsible for providing profiles that you or your team members are authorized to use, and for obtaining each profile owner's permission for us to operate it on your behalf.
3. Fees, billing and cancellation
- Plans are billed monthly in advance at the per-seat price in effect when you sign up.
- Plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- We may pause services if an invoice is more than 14 days overdue.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your offer, ideal customers and any claims we may make on your behalf.
- Review and approve messaging guidelines, and tell us promptly about anything we should not say.
- Comply with LinkedIn's User Agreement and applicable laws, including data protection and marketing rules, in your own use of the profiles and of prospect data.
- Attend or reschedule meetings booked for you, and handle prospects you meet professionally.
5. Our commitments
We will perform the services with reasonable skill and care, keep a human in the loop on every message, honor opt-out requests, and follow your reasonable instructions. We work to protect the reputation and standing of the profiles we operate, but LinkedIn controls its platform and may restrict any account at its discretion.
6. No guarantee of results
Figures on our website, such as acceptance, reply and meeting rates, are illustrative and based on past campaigns and third-party data. Results depend on your market, offer and many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific number of meetings, replies or sales.
7. Data protection
When we process prospect data on your behalf, you act as controller and we act as processor. We will process it only to deliver the services, keep it confidential and secure, and help you respond to data subject requests. A data processing agreement is available on request. See our Privacy Policy for more.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement. This does not apply to information that is public, already known, or required to be disclosed by law.
9. Intellectual property
You own your brand, materials and the messages we write for your campaigns once paid for. We retain ownership of our methods, templates, know-how and tools. You grant us a limited licence to use your name and materials to deliver the services, and, with your permission, to mention you as a client.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Website use
The website and its content are provided “as is” for information. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial purposes without our permission.
12. Termination
Either party may end the engagement with notice as described above. We may suspend or end services immediately if you materially breach these terms or ask us to do something unlawful or contrary to LinkedIn's rules. Sections that by their nature should survive (fees owed, confidentiality, liability) will survive termination.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For active clients, material changes take effect from the next billing period after we notify you.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alto Reach is established, unless your signed proposal says otherwise. The parties will try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally before starting proceedings.
